Built for the report, not the reassurance.
Voxren is a Massachusetts-based commercial cleaning company built by two owner-operators who set out to fix a specific problem: a facilities manager who signs a cleaning contract has almost no way to know what actually happened after hours.
Voxren's systems — direct employment, background-checked hiring, per-visit reporting — were designed before the first client was signed, not bolted on after a complaint. The company is still young; the operating discipline isn't meant to look that way.
The same rules for the copy and the crew.
Report, don't reassure
Say what was checked and when, not that the client should feel good about it.
Numbers over adjectives
Prefer a count, a time, a class of building to “thorough” or “spotless.”
Address the facilities manager
Write to the person who signs the contract and answers for it, not the room's mood.
No cleaning clichés
If a residential maid service could say it, Voxren doesn't.
Cleaning comes first. As Voxren's client base grows, we're evaluating a second service line — light facility maintenance for buildings we already clean. Nothing is live yet; you'll hear about it here if it launches.
